Refund Policy

14-day money-back guarantee (first purchase)
We want you to feel comfortable trying stillwater. If you're not satisfied with your first purchase of a paid plan, you can request a full refund within 14 days of that initial order date — no questions asked.
This 14-day guarantee applies to your initial subscription payment only. Subsequent renewal charges are handled under the "Renewals" section below.
How to request a refund
Our payments are processed by Stripe. To request a refund:
- Go to Settings → Subscription and open the secure billing portal to view your invoices and payment history.
- Email us at curtis.maughan94@gmail.com with your account email and the charge you'd like refunded, and we'll process it through Stripe.
Renewals
Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time through the in-app billing portal — your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period, and you won't be charged again.
Renewal charges are not covered by the 14-day money-back guarantee, as you've already had a full billing cycle to evaluate the service. However, we review renewal refund requests on a case-by-case basis and will generally issue a refund where:
- The renewal was clearly unintentional and the service hasn't been used in the new period;
- A technical fault or service outage prevented you from using stillwater;
- You're entitled to a refund under applicable consumer protection law.
Contact us within 14 days of the renewal charge and we'll process the refund through Stripe.
Processing time
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method by Stripe. Depending on your bank or card issuer, the refund may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.
Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights as a consumer, including any rights you may have under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 or applicable EU consumer protection law.
