How to request a refund

Our payments are processed by Paddle.com, who acts as the Merchant of Record and handles all refund requests. To request a refund:

  1. Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout. Your invoice email from Paddle also contains a direct link to manage the order.
  2. Submit a refund request through the customer portal, or
  3. Email us at curtis.maughan94@gmail.com and we'll help you arrange the refund with Paddle.

Renewals

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time through the in-app billing portal — your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period. If a renewal charge was unintentional, contact us within 30 days of the renewal and we'll work with Paddle to refund it.

Processing time

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method by Paddle. Depending on your bank or card issuer, the refund may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights as a consumer, including any rights you may have under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 or applicable EU consumer protection law.
